1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above Rs. [Amount].
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before order confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected areas across Pakistan.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
